Hi friends of kero.i.am!  I’m Karen and I’m doing a guest post on here today because I’m going to be sharing a recipe!

Kero posted about this Aioli Garlic Mustard Sauce a few months ago. It looks so delious I had to pick a jar up right away!

Last night I made this delicious and easy Tapenade Pork Chops with some of that aioli mustard sauce… here goes!

Half cup Tapenade {you can buy this from the store, no need to make from scratch}

1 TBS of Aioli Garlic Mustard Sauce {or any mustard sauce you like will do}

Salt

Pepper

6-8 Pork Chops

Move the rack to the top of the oven and preheat and bring to Broil! Mix Tapenade with mustard, I washed my pork chops and patted them dry, lightly season with salt and pepper, them rub the tapenade and mustard mixture all over! Single layer in a baking sheet {I lined mine with foil all the time, easy cleaning!} 6-8 minutes total, flipping once in between.  Dont let it over cook or it will dry out! It should be light golden brown.  Served with a side of green salad and you’ve got dinner in no time! This recipe is also great on fish or chicken! Enjoy!
