Terra Cibus: Food Photography through an Electron Microscope

Interesting, beautiful, and just plain cool. Terra Cibus, the fine art debut by photographer Caren Alpert, is a close study of common foods through the lens of an electron microscope. Some of the photos are really a trip and surprising. Check out the Terra Cibus site gallery to see more.  And go here to read more about this project and how she obtained these images.
