4-Minute 4-Star Recipes

I recently ran into this great post from Refinery 29 that gives us 4 simple & delicious looking 4-minute recipes from 4 NYC 4-star chefs. Yum!

Today I’m taking a ditch day to go shopping with J, my numero uno fashionista girlfriend. I’m continuing my long overdue stock up of quality basics and she’s always fun to go shopping with. Bags and wallets — check! On to jeans and boots! Maybe if I’m not too pooped afterwards I can try one of these recipes. The frittelles look especially scrumptious.

Happy hump day!
